LIBRARY Library stands as an epitome of intellectual elegance and a repository of technical education, in particular, Engineering and Technology. Our Library is functioning in a building which acquires an area of 403.72 Sq.mt and it could accommodate around 120 people with its seating capacity. In addition to the central library, there are departmental libraries in each department, which borrows books from the main library which would enable them a quick reference. The library has more than 27069 volumes of books on 7947 titles covering all disciplines of engineering and technology, science & humanities and management studies. The library has an extensive collection of 632 back volumes of journals and magazine and 8104 non-book materials which includes 1322 education oriented CDs, audio, video cassettes, NPTEL videos, E-books and monographs. JNTUA previous years question papers from the year 2003 to the current year are always kept ready for students’ further reference. The library provides various services such as:
* Digital library with multimedia facilities * NPTEL (National Programme on Technology Enhanced Learning) facility * Reprographic, document scanning and printing facility * Audio visual * Internet, e-books, e-journals and educational oriented videos * Downloadable facility for previous year question papers * Self-renewal and reservation of books * OPAC (Online Public Access Cataloguing Service) * CD ROM lending * Inter-library loan * Computerised indexing of library resources with bar code. * Standard classification and cataloguing of books and non-books. * Back volumes of journals and magazines.
