As a Chairman of the College, I have to inform why I have started a College in Rural Area, Kadanuthala Village of Bogole mandal.

I came from an average family of Kavali. After my Intermediate, I would not pursue Engineering course due to financial problem. By taking coaching at Madras, I got my AIME Degree in Civil Engineering. After AIME I joined with a construction company at Bengaluru. By working hard and building good will, I started my own Construction Company, “Samhita Builders”. At present I am a renowned builder of good Quality Apartments at Bengaluru.

After I became financially sound, I wanted to do some thing to my Native place i.e., Kavali. First, I started RSR Kalyana mandapam at Kavali. Then, I thought to do something to financially Poor Rural Students Especially Girls so that they can pursue Engineering Education. With the same motto and thought, I started "RSR Engineering College" in 2008 in the rural area i.e., Kadanuthala Village.

In the last 15 years of our college establishment, many Poor Students could pursue Engineering Education and were Placed in Reputed Companies. Since the State Government is also helping poor students to pursue the Education through “Fee Reimbursement Scheme”, I am happy that “My dream of Engineering Education has been brought to door step of many lower, Middle-Class and Poor Families”.

From management side, I have provided good Infrastructure for the college. Special focus has been made to provide Training in improving Soft and Hand Skills, CRT Program by reputed Training Institutions has been provided for 3^rd & 4^th Year students.

I am very happy that many of our students are well placed in India & Abroad.
