Purpose of Establishment - Career Guidance Cell of RSREC supports both UG and PG students atthe College in achieving their dream careers by providing career counseling and other related services.
- The reason for setting up careerguidancecell in college isto address the diverse socio-economic challenges of the diverse student population. Objectives: - To raise awareness of employment opportunities in various sectors, including government and the private sector. - To provide information onthe skills required to participate ingovernment and private organizations. - To arrange career guidance and motivational programmes periodically. - To create awareness on coaching/ training for Civil Services, IES and private jobs. - To organize awareness programmes about the importance of higher studies in India and Abroad. - To provide available updated information about jobs/ positions/ opportunities. - We holdlectures/ seminars on interviewing, personality development, communication skills, and leadership skills, resume writing, quantitative reasoning verbal and logical skills that are essential for all competitive exams.
