Purpose of Establishment

* Career Guidance Cell of RSREC supports both UG and PG students atthe College in achieving their dream careers by providing career counseling and other related services.

* The reason for setting up careerguidancecell in college isto address the diverse socio-economic challenges of the diverse student population.

* Career counseling support offered by the college makes students confident to perform better and addresses both academic and professional concerns of the students.

* Career Guidance Cells consider realities the competitive new work pattern to provide students with the right guidance to connect with the world of work and find career opportunities.

Objectives:

- To raise awareness of employment opportunities in various sectors, including government and the private sector.

- To provide information onthe skills required to participate ingovernment and private organizations.

- To arrange career guidance and motivational programmes periodically.

- To create awareness on coaching/ training for Civil Services, IES and private jobs.

- To organize awareness programmes about the importance of higher studies in India and Abroad.

- To provide available updated information about jobs/ positions/ opportunities.

- We holdlectures/ seminars on interviewing, personality development, communication skills, and leadership skills, resume writing, quantitative reasoning verbal and logical skills that are essential for all competitive exams.
