Educate. Empower. Esteem. RSREC has setup its Training & Placement Cell on 12 Dec, 2010 for providing training and job opportunities to students / alumni of the institution. Placement cell plays a vital role in shaping the careers of our students and provides the industry with committed, competent, technical and managerial talent. The placement cell aims at creating an interface between industry and the institution, thereby serving to be mutually beneficial to industry and students of the institution. Principles: Educates the students in intellectual, moral and social aspects. Empowers the students with knowledge, skill and attitude. Esteemed placements are assured. Responsibilities of Placement Office: > To maintain updated student database in order to facilitate companies with required talent. > Makes available updated database and job profile of the companies. > Placement cell facilitates visiting companies to conduct pre-placement talks, written tests, group discussions and interviews. > Maintains industry interaction and communicate requirements to the institution. > Organizes and coordinates campus placement Program. > Helps the students in defining their career interest through career counseling. > Identifying skill gap through competency mapping. > Arranging training programs to cover the skill gap and to meet the requirements of industry. Facilities: = State of the art computer labs with internet facility is allotted for conducting online exams. = Fully equipped English multimedia lab is provided to enhance student language proficiency. = College has provided a multipurpose seminar hall to conduct pre-placement talk. = Well furnished cubicles were provided with in the placement cell to conduct group discussions and Interviews.

As RSREC believe in enhancing skills through proper training and mentoring, after inception of placement cell we have given top priority to student training through internal staff, external agencies and corporate. At RSREC we follow a different approach to train the students in terms of enhancing their logical and reasoning skills, communication to bring out attitudinal change and personality development with the help of real time corporate experts. This helps RSREC students to know what the corporate expect from them. The approach: 
Counseling: At RSREC we counsel the students to understand and solve the problems relating to personal, psychological and attitude in order to erect their interest level towards career development. Customizing: After counseling, we frame customized training solutions according to student level of understanding and capacity. At this point, every student is closely monitored and assessed with appropriate techniques. Collaborating: At RSREC our in-house trainers and trainers from external agencies collaborate with each other to train the students on language, quantitative & logical aptitude and coding skills.
